In 1 Samuel 17, David single handedly killed Goliath. And yet as the years passed by and he fought more battles, he was faced with more giants.
God brought other men into David's life. They stood with him in his course, and helped him to fight these giants.
1 Chronicles 20:6-8 NLT
In another battle with the Philistines at Gath, they encountered a huge man with six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot, twenty-four in all, who was also a descendant of the giants. But when he defied and taunted Israel, he was killed by Jonathan, the son of David’s brother Shimea. These Philistines were descendants of the giants of Gath, but David and his warriors killed them.
With Goliath, David easily managed to kill him on his own. But when in battle at Gath, as seen in the scripture above, David needed more hands such as that of Jonathan, the son of David’s brother Shimea, in order to kill all these giants.
Find men who believe in you and will join you in pursuing your dreams. There are divine helpers who can help you to complete your success story. They are endowed with the ability to help you. Pray to God to bring such your way. You have more feats to accomplish. There are greater things to do, and higher heights to attain. You cannot be an island!
