Faith and boldness - Part two

Abraham's father's house did not serve Jehovah God, the Great I am! It therefore took boldness and courage for Abraham to believe God and follow His leading. This led him to leave his father's house for an unknown destination.

From there, it took Abraham boldness to change his name from Abram to Abraham - the father of nations. This is because he was very old and without child. It took Abraham faith to trust in God's Word till he had Isaac. Then after, it was boldness that enabled him to carry Isaac to the Mount in the region of Moriah, to sacrifice him.

Abraham was bold, and his boldness and faith were inseparable.  God always showed up for him.

You cannot have faith without boldness. For the laws of this world work contrary to the law of faith. It takes boldness to step out and have faith.

We shall now explore the boldness it took for Israel to possesss what God had for them, as well as the boldness it took the early church to walk in the benefits of their faith.
