Psalm 85:8
Let me hear what God the LORD will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, to his saints; but let them not turn back to folly.
Jesus is the Prince of Peace who reconciles us to God. Through Jesus and under the new covenant God speaks peace to us.
Peace into every situation. Peace unto the troubled soul. Peace to anyone distressed. Peace to the guilty and sinful. God speaks peace.
His peace comes through Jesus. We can enjoy the full benefits of His peace when we stay in Jesus. His peace does not mean difficult times will not come.
Jesus assured us in John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
