Blessed and cursed items.
Objects and things we keep can cause us to be blessed or cursed; to become victorious or losers.
Joshua 7:1 But Israel violated the instructions about the things set apart for the Lord. A man named Achan had stolen some of these dedicated things, so the Lord was very angry with the Israelites. Achan was the son of Carmi, a descendant of Zimrison of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah
As a result of Achan's sin, Israel suffered defeat at the hands of their enemies from Ai. Eventually Achan was stoned to death, together with his family. This assuaged God's anger. Joshua 7
Contrarily, the arc of God when brought to the home of Obed-Edom, caused the entire house to be blessed. 2 Samuel 6: 11 The ark of the LORD remained in the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite for three months, and the LORD blessed him and his entire household.
Be careful of objects and things you keep in your home, accursed things as idols and images of gods can have an adverse effect on you, just as in the case of Achan.
Also, blessed objects can bring healing and deliverance- such as it happened in the book of Acts 19:12 When handkerchiefs or aprons that had merely touched his skin were placed on sick people, they were healed of their diseases, and evil spirits were expelled.
Blessed items can also bring prosperity as in the case of Obed-Edom.
