God's favour

Favour is being shown preferential treatment of some sort, beyond what is due you. God desires to favour His children, and to cause them to be treated in no ordinary manner.

Psalm 5:12 For you bless the righteous, O Lord; you cover him with favor as with a shield.

Psalm 84:11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly.

Joseph received favour in Potiphar's house when he was put in charge of everything.
He likewise received favour in prison as he was put in charge of his other prison folks.

God bestows favour on those that love Him. Even in trying times, He finds a way to make His children feel special. Joseph was going through a difficult time. He had been falsely accused, but God continued to show him tender loving care.

Do you love God? Then expect His favour, for the set time to favour Zion is now.
