In the spiritual sense, if we use our time on Earth to develop a close relationship with God through His Son Jesus, surrendering our will to His, we will ensure for our future and eternity, an already purchased blissful life.
Every minute counts because minutes become hours, and hours days. Days add up to years which become our lives on Earth. This is what we shall be judged on one day. Our lives lived will determine how we spend eternity. It will tell if we deserve to live where God is or not.
