Gratefulness

When we thank God for little, we shall receive more. Jesus needed to feed five thousand men, aside women and children. All He found was five loaves of bread and two fish.  He gave thanks and shared it. It was enough for everyone, with left over.

Matthew 14:19-20 And he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people.  They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.

Sometimes we may not have all we need. However if we thank God for what we have, we shall receive what we need. We ought to be grateful unto God, praising and thanking Him.

In everything give thanks; for this is God's will for you in Christ.
1 Thessalonians 5:18.
