Romans 8:35
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, nakedness, or peril, or sword?
When you truly love the Lord God, there is nothing that shall befall you that will separate you from God. Abraham loved the Lord. He left family and home to follow after God. He nearly killed his son Isaac for sacrifice unto God, borne out of his love for God. Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refused to eat from the King's table. This was borne out of respect for God. And even when they were summoned , and threatened to be thrown into a hot furnace for not bowing to the Kings image, they still remained defiant and chose death over disobeying God. Even the sin of adultery could not separate David from God. The prison walls could not silence Paul and Silas from praising God.
Those that truly love God can never be hindered from worshipping and serving Him. Are you one of the true lovers of God?
