The God that remembers
We read throughout the Bible how God remembered people . God remembered Noah and stopped the waters - Genesis 8:1. God remembered His promise to Sarah, and gave her a child just as He had promised - Genesis 21:1-2. He remembered Abraham and ensured Lot, his nephew was safe (Genesis 19:29) . When Rachel and Hannah wanted children, God remembered them and gave them children (Genesis 30:22 ; 1 Samuel 1:19).
God never forgets His own, He will always step in to fulfil His promises unto His children, and to make good His covenant with them - Psalm 105:8 ; Leviticus 26:42 ; Ezekiel 16:60 ;Jeremiah 31:20.
God is not a man that He should lie, nor is He a son of man to repent. Has He said it, will He not do it? Has He spoken, will He not make it good? Numbers 23:19
Rest assured in the promises of God , for they are yes and amen - 2 Corinthians 1:20 .They are very certain and sure. We can count on God's faithfulness all the time. Have you cried out to the Lord, do not worry, He has heard your cry, and is working behind the scenes for your good. Are you waiting on God, do not lose hope, you will see His goodness.
Cast your mind back on God's faithfulness to Bible Characters like David and Daniel. God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. He will take care of you, and in due season will remember and grant you your heart desire. Do not despair - He will come through for you.
