Isaiah 65 : 24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

God delights in answering the prayers of men. He loves all men, but due to His nature, sin separates man from God. However, Jesus Christ has made away with the obstacle that separates us from God - sin!

He carried our sins and bore them on the cross, now we are free to come to God without any inhibitions. We ought to come through the righteousness of Christ, which is imputed on us. Jesus's righteousness is like a cloak that automatically comes on us when we believe and accept what He did for us on the cross. This qualifies us as righteous and cleansed - free from sin and free to come bodly to God to receive mercy and grace in our time of need.

It is therefore not surprising that when Jesus was on Earth, a royal official who came to Him with a request, had His request answered whiile he was still speaking to Jesus.

John 4 :46 -53
Once more he visited Cana in Galilee, where he had turned the water into wine. And there was a certain royal official whose son lay sick at Capernaum. When this man heard that Jesus had arrived in Galilee from Judea, he went to him and begged him to come and heal his son, who was close to death.

“Unless you people see signs and wonders,” Jesus told him, “you will never believe.”

The royal official said, “Sir, come down before my child dies.”

“Go,” Jesus replied, “your son will live.”

The man took Jesus at his word and departed. While he was still on the way, his servants met him with the news that his boy was living. When he inquired as to the time when his son got better, they said to him, “Yesterday, at one in the afternoon, the fever left him.”

Then the father realized that this was the exact time at which Jesus had said to him, “Your son will live.” So he and his whole household believed.

God is still in the business of answering prayer. He shall do exceedingly abundantly above what you ASK or THINK of.

ONLY BELIEVE!

John 4 : 50 says the man took Jesus at His word. To see the miraculous, we must take God at His Word. Today, bear in mind that your words, wishes and thoughts are being created. Think on this, and be careful what you ask for, and what you dwell on in your mind. Walk about with mental pictures of your requests to God, and keep speaking what you want to see. In other words, let your utterances and thoughts tally with what you want and believe in.

All the best!
