The Gift of Faith - This is a supernatural enablement given by the Holy Spirit to believers to enable them wrought the impossible. The Bible says in Romans 12:3 that "God has dealt to every man the measure of faith."
We breathe in air, and live daily somewhat by a measure of faith. In order to be saved and to become Christians, we exercise faith - Romans 10:17says, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
However, the Gift of faith is given by the Holy Spirit to enable human beings like us to do wondrous things. Both Peter and Paul used this gift to raise the dead - (Acts 9:36-41) raised by Peter Tabitha was a seamstress who did many good deeds. She got sick and died. Since Peter was in a nearby town they asked him to come. Peter had everyone leave the room where Tabitha lay. He knelt down and prayed and then he said to the body, "Tabitha, arise." She opened her eyes and then sat up.
(Acts 20:7-12) raised by Paul Late one night Paul was speaking to a group of believers. A young man was sitting in the window listening. He fell asleep and fell from the third story to his death. Paul ran down, laid himself over the body and then embraced him. He told everyone the boy was OK, and he was.
The Gifts of Healing is given by the Holy Spirit to heal people of infirmities, sicknesses , deformities as well as bringing wholeness to their entire being - financial, emotional, etc, etc.
I have personally seen people with this gift pray for the deaf to hear, the blind to see, and the cripple to walk. This gift was given to Paul and was evident in Acts 19: 11-12 God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them.
Lastly, the Gift of Working of Miracles is the empowering by the Holy Spirit to accomplish feats that defy natural laws. I remember a friend who prayed until his still born child came alive. I have seen a Man of God pray for short legs to lengthen, and they grew. The gift of the working of miracles is a gift that was at play even in the Old Testament. Elijah made great exploits by this power - his contest with the Prophets of Baal was a success because of the working of the power for miracles.
I personally believe every believer can desire these gifts, and use them as a witness of Jesus's resurrection and power. God is the God of the impossible. With Him all things are possible!
